The firm began in 1993 with Earl T. Brown, attorney, as a solo practioner.  The firm began to be recognized as a premier law firm through out the state for its dedication to the client and the advocacy for young adults.

After incorporating in 1994, the firm saw the addition of a number of attorneys;
